Join our team as a Value Added Services Supervisor to support daily operations in the VAS department!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training and instructions to assembly personnel
- Monitor and process daily workflow in assembly area
- Coordinate and communicate with team members and clients
- Liaison with Production Manager on production issues and tasks
- Make production samples for client approval
- Assist in resolving issues with Managers/Director
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive environment
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of warehousing experience
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Understanding of warehouse processes, inventory, and production
- Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and associates
- Problem-solving skills
- Must be a team player
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- College Degree preferred, not required
