Capeesh Pizza Co. is Hiring a Store Manager Near Santa Fe, NM

Capeesh Pizza Co., a locally owned Pizzeria and Slice Shop located in the Santa Fe Place Mall is seeking a Store Manager.

As Store Manager of Capeesh Pizza Co., you will be dedicated to excellence in our food, beverage, and customer service philosophies. Your day-to-day goals will be:

To oversee and manage the store’s efficient and profitable operations; To ensure cleanliness and follow food safe practices; To train, empower, and assist Team Members and Team LEADS to follow Capeesh’s unique operational standards.

From dough making, salad building, and pizza execution, your end goal will be to create a premium product that is unique to the Capeesh experience. In addition to the exceptional food you and your team will prepare and serve, the customer service component of Capeesh’s concept is key, and where your leadership and training skills will shine.

Qualifications

  • Must have 2 years prior direct PIZZA MAKING experience
  • Must have 1 years prior PIZZERIA MANAGEMENT experience
  • Must have a current Food Handler Manger’s Certification
  • Must have a current NM alcohol Server’s Permit
  • Must have proven skills in developing and motivating a team toward a common goal
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to lead with a positive attitude and a respectful demeanor while working in a fast-paced team setting
  • Must have experience hiring, executing disciplinary action, conducting performance evaluations and in the proper process of terminating an employee
  • Must have strong communication, reasoning and negotiating and skills
  • Must have knowledge of and proven experience in performing operational systems and tasks such as: Cash Handling & Point of Sale; Inventory & Food Ordering and Receiving; Analyzing Food and Labor Costing Metrics; Tracking Store Sales and Sales Goals.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a reliable cell phone and be available for communications with the team
  • Must be able to work a full-time schedule including weekends and some holidays with flexibility for both AM and PM (swing) shifts
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds (flour bags) and be on your feet for long periods of time
  • Must be able to learn, perfect then train a team to comply with our administrative, kitchen and customer service processes, policies, and procedures
  • Must be able to learn, perfect then train a team Capeesh Pizza Making standards
  • Must have and enforce excellent personal hygiene practices
  • Must practice and be able to enforce food safety and kitchen sanitation such as: proper glove usage, food preparation, hot holding, cooling, and storing of foods; proper dishwashing, and general cleaning procedures
  • Must have experience using a computer/laptop and apps on cell phones
  • Must be able to implement and complete successful team incentive programs and store product and seasonal product promotions
