We are currently seeking self-motivated, energetic and confident individuals to join our Capezio Wayne team. We are in need of part time management team members (key holders) and part time sales associates who can develop strong relationships with our customers in the Wayne, NJ area.

Part Time Key Holder Requirements:

General Requirements:

· Dance, Theatre and Arts experience not mandatory but helpful

· Strong communication skills; leadership qualities

· Must have a license and a car

· Available to start immediately

· Available Tuesday- Friday 10:45am-6:15pm and Saturdays 9:45am-5:15pm

· Strong computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Strong selling strategies when it comes to fashion and dance apparel

· Ability to manage/train staff members

· Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and certain holidays.

· Ability to work a minimum of two weekend shifts per fiscal month.

· Ability to work a minimum of two opening shifts and two closing shifts per calendar week.

· Must have knowledge of basic math functions (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and calculating percentages).

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws. Including but not limited to:

· Planning, assigning and directing work

· Appraising performance

Part-Time Sales Associate Requirements:

· Available to start immediately

· Must be available Tuesday-Friday 11am-6pm and Saturdays 10am-5pm

· Customer service and sales driven

· Strong selling strategies when it comes to fashion and dance apparel

• Strong communication skills
• Some retail experience
• Detail oriented
• Experience in dance preferred but not required

Keyholders $16.00 per hour and Sales Associates $15.13 an hour.
