As a Customer Service Representative, you will take a lead role in delivering an outstanding experience to our customers.
Growing meaningful relationships with customers by using your financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions to help address their financial needs.
Assisting customers with teller transactions, opening, processing, and closing of accounts and Consumer Loans. Working as a team and providing support for complex or escalated transactions to coworkers and customers requires knowledge of our products and banking regulations.
This is a Full Time position up to 40 hours a week. Flexibility is required to work as needed to ensure adequate staffing for training or employee absences.
This location is open Monday through Thursday 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM, Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM and Saturday from 9 : 00 AM to noon.
