**Title:** Senior Service Delivery Manager

**Location:** Remote

**Job Description:**

Experience in delivering multiple projects in Waterfall, Agile and Iterative models

Experience in leading delivery across multiple geographies around the globe

Experience in leading large onshore teams and their offshore teams

Experience in People management, performance improvement plans, improving team dynamics, etc.

Experience in SLA management for Managed Services Model, Development projects and Application Maintenance projects

Experience in digital transformation, cloud migration or app modernization projects

Experience in managing Project financials, P/L, Resource plans, allocations, rolls offs, team pyramids, etc.

Experience in effort estimation, project timelines, project planning, delivery planning, etc.

Experience in working with multiple stakeholders across LOBs, third party vendors, dev and prod support teams

Experience in Project management tools such as MS Project, MS office, SharePoint, Jira, Rally, Clarity, Peoplesoft, etc.

Experience in drafting SOWs, Proposals, Contracts, Billing, and Invoicing
