Job Description:

• Has directly worked on submitting EBS (Electronic Blue Sheets) and LOPR reports (OTC & Listed), typically within an Operations/Reg Ops function
• Has worked in a large global sell-side organization, preferably a Tier 1 or 2 investment bank
• Has experience of working in a BAU reg reporting function and can describe key controls that should exist across the reporting process; can accurately and succinctly describe typical challenges (people, process, technology) in submitting and remediating trade and transaction reports
