Job Title: Business Development Director
Job Location: New York, NY
Responsibilities
  • Responsible forprofit and loss within an account - including budget management, client relationship management, growth service diversification and delivery commitments - by driving thought leadership for the expansion of Capgemini solutions and services within the account
  • Supervise the financial performance of the account, by implement actions to grow the account, providing inputs for margin improvement opportunities, as well as financial forecasts
  • Lead sales to delivery handoff ensuring a smooth transition to team
  • Foster new collaboration opportunities with clients
  • Align staffing needs by working in partnership with practices' recruitment
  • Align with client's vision and strategy - bringing best-in-class solutions and services with a focus of diversification across the account to enable long-term growth
  • Apply phenomenal partnership skills to build new, and maintain existing, relationships with key customer contacts across business. Becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Establish regular cadence with key clients to position Capgemini as the partner of choice
  • Provide annual feedback and appraisals for account team
  • Lead RFPs and RFI proposals; including solution definition, financial construct and overall submission quality, including orals coordination.
  • Shape and close deals with account reviewing all deals for account
  • Schedule and lead deal reviews handling the overall sales process
  • Update THORmonthly and lead throughout sales cycle
Required Skills:
  • 15 years of experience in the IT industry and sales
  • Previously worked in Business Development and account engagement management role(s)
  • Strong familiarity with Retirement Services, Wealth Management, Insurance, etc.
  • Previous experience within global teams
  • Should have handled more than 20 MN clients in the past
