Title: Dynamics 365 Technical Solution Architect

Location: Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL / Jersey City, New Jersey (Onsite)

Required Skills:

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 12-14 years in Dynamics 365 CE CRM, demonstrating strong technical skills and client-facing abilities.
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and Service).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products.

Technical and Architectural Skills:

  • Ability to facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment.
  • Experience in designing components within a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment.
  • Proficient in middleware tools, preferably Mulesoft.
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 Online and On-Premise implementations and prior versions.
  • Capable of providing highly available and scalable Dynamics 365 architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit, and SSRS.
  • Subject matter expertise in integration architecture, with the ability to map integration patterns to functional usage.
  • Experience with MS CRM third-party integration using middleware tools, APIs, REST, ODATA, WebAPIs, and SSIS packages.
  • Proficient in using Azure services for integration, including Azure Functions, Service Bus, PCF controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate for upstream and downstream systems integrations.
  • Experienced in data migration, analysis, mapping, and harmonization using OOB and third-party tools, preferably Azure Data Factory.
  • Knowledgeable in reporting architecture with SSRS and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with the latest features of the Dynamics 365 platform, such as Sales Insights, Customer Service Insights, and Customer Voice.
  • Effective management of cloud platform resources, with a solid understanding of security models and connectivity for CRM systems.
  • Technical expertise in setting up DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms using standard DevOps tools.
  • Experience in driving information management strategy design and deployment on cloud platforms, preferably with Web Services global infrastructure and services.
  • Background in financial services or banking is preferable.

Leadership and Delivery Skills:

  • Ability to lead technical workshops and collaborate with business and technology partners to design and develop architecture solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an independent and solution-driven mindset.
  • Accountability for solution delivery and technical leadership.
  • Leading technical efforts for pre-sales engagements and contributing to building niche solutions and POCs.
  • Advocacy for best practices to develop scalable solutions aligned with the product roadmap through supported and upgradable customizations and implementations.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales (desired)
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Service (desired)
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customizations (desired)
