We are currently looking to hire a Marketing Associate for our U.S. marketing and communications team at Capgemini. This is an exceptional opportunity to be a part of a renowned company that is leading the way in business transformation.
As a Marketing Associate, you will work alongside an experience business unit market leader to help develop a marketing strategy for the industry, define the target audience and develop an execution plan to increase awareness, reputation and consideration for Capgemini?s services and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams across Americas to develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine customer needs and competitor strategies
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral and content, including social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns
- Coordinate and manage events, webinars, and other promotional activities such as trade shows and client events
- Support marketing campaigns, marketing operations, external and internal communications and media relations
Key Competencies and Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s degree in marketing, communications/writing, public relations, or related field
- Proven experience in marketing or communications roles, preferably in service industry; ABM experience a plus
- 2-3 years experience in marketing, communications/writing, public relations, or business development
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in managing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work setting with time-sensitive deliverables
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $18.49/hour - $28.89/hour.
