The Sector Leader / Sales Leader - Pharma / BioPharma leads the sales and Industry SME teams within Capgemini Engineering ensuring effective sales strategies are in place to achieve revenue and profitable growth objectives for the company.
The leader will define sales strategy and achieve new / existing business sales targets while keeping the sales team motivated and driving sales performance.
Leader will also partner with other departments to remove roadblocks and develop data / tools to accelerate sales and lead key customer relationships.
