Title: Salesforce Technical lead

Location: Newark, NJ (Onsite)

Job Description:

Salesforce Technical lead is responsible for helping their team members with the technical aspects of their jobs such as coding and programming.

Required skills:

• 5 years of Salesforce lead experience
• Over 8 years of experience in projects involving Salesforce implementation.
• Skilled in implementing solutions in Salesforce following recommended standards.
• Proficient in discussing Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) vs. customization with business stakeholders and Bas.
• Knowledgeable in Copado and Vlocity DevOps
• Exceptional Salesforce administration skills
• Strong understanding of Jenkins, Bitbucket, JIRA, and GitHub
• Hands-on technical experience with Visual Studio, Postman, SOAP UI, APEX, and standard Salesforce features
• Expertise in end-to-end requirement analysis, design, and development
• Proficient in writing custom Lightning Components in JavaScript within the LWC framework.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Insurance domain knowledge and relevant certifications
