Position Name - ServiceNow Platform Architect
Location - Dallas, TX or in Middletown, NJ (Onsite from day 1)
JD:

• At least two mainline valid ServiceNow Certifications
• Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow integration
• Candidate should have working knowledge of ServiceNow platform for major modules like TSOM, TSM, ITSM, CMDB and Custom Scoped Applications.
• Candidate should have experience working in Telecommunication domain and implementation of ServiceNow in Telecommunication domain.
• Custom applications development
• Building sustainable CMDB with ServiceNow Discovery or other discovery tools
• Building Service Catalog with Service Portal and fulfilment automation
• Integrating ServiceNow with cloud service providers' platforms
• Configure and customize ServiceNow platform in all of the following modules:
  • Service Catalog
  • Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Knowledge
