About Capgemini
- Partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects to build the user experience from conception to launch.
- Conducting brainstorming and ideation sessions based on user research and develop unique insights.
- Having experience in taking broad, conceptual ideas and quickly develop user workflows and conduct user testing.
- Creating and recommend style guides and themes based on branding and user needs.
- Working on mobile, desktop and web-based interaction design.
- Working closely with product owners and Visual Designers to create UX deliverables.
- Have Master in design like Graphic Design, Information Systems, Interface Design, HCI, Human Factors, Computer Science, and/or Cognitive Psychology.
- Have 8 yrs of experience preferably in tech-focused design firms building products.
- Have experience with end-to-end user-centric design practices - User Research, Information, Architecture, Interaction Design, Prototyping etc.
- Have experience with wireframe and prototyping tools like Sketch, Axure, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Have good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills working within cross-functional teams and in influencing the direction.
- Have experience working with Agile development teams & familiar with Lean UX principles and how to integrate them into the design process.
UX - web design, Concept Design, Interaction design, User Experience Design, Wireframing, Figma.
