Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls and emails, to provide information about our products and services.
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking product availability and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize mathematical skills to assist customers with financing options or payment plans.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an automotive sales environment.
- Strong mathematical skills for handling transactions and financial calculations.
- Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with customers.
- Ability to perform cold calling effectively to generate leads and appointments.
- Knowledge of inventory control processes and inventory management systems is beneficial.
- Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a broader customer base.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
