Responsibilities and Qualifications

- Ability to read, understand, and update process documentation

- Complete control testing steps as outlined in lead sheet

- Prepare working papers consistent with standardized tickmark and documentation guidelines, in accordance with Capital Blue Cross audit department policies and procedures.

- Work independently or as part of a team to achieve testing objectives

- Identify discrepancies that may result in deviations or exceptions

- Utilize audit management application to document work completed and maintain timesheet

- Communicate effectively with manager, internal audit team members and business personnel

- Willingness to accept feedback to ensure completeness and consistency of workpapers

- Ability to work at a computer workstation for up to 7.5 hours per day
