CDTA is now accepting applications for Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for all customer facing aspects of the CDTA Navigator program including sale and fulfillment of product. This position will supervise CDTA employees both union and non-union at authority facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage Sales Staff, including the training and professional development of authority employees and employees represented by the union, conduct employee counseling and discipline if necessary.
• Assist in the negotiation and administration of agreements.
• Assist Sales Associates as needed (customer inquiries, inventory control).
• Provide assistance with corporate sales calls, this includes answering customer calls and escalated issues.
• Main point of contact for Outlet and Corporate Customers.
• Perform trouble shooting and provide recommended solutions.
• Process timesheets for Sales Unit.
• Manage all aspects of the fulfillment function as it relates to the Navigator program.
• Main point of contact for the third-party retailers as it pertains to the retail point of sale units.
• Back-up Treasury Supervisor for absences, vacations, etc. 
• Prepare monthly reports for Window, Corporate, Outlet and Treasury Sales.
• Conduct monthly audit for Sales Window inventory of the fare products.
• Prepare monthly Swiper/Navigator Sales Reports with trend analysis.
Requirements:
• Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred
• Two (2) years’ previous experience in customer service support, client services, sales, or a related field
Salary Range:
$58,758-$69,334
