Our client is a global infrastructure fund with a presence in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. The fund has a long standing base in Australia with a long track record of generating excellent risk adjusted returns for their investors. The fund focus covers investments from high single digit IRR to low double digit IRR returns within transport, ditigal, energy utilities, energy transition (greenfield/brownfield), and some operating businesses with infrastructure like characteristics.

The responsibilities are as follows:

• Developing ground up models and investment papers on new investment opportunities.
• Assisting due dilligence and deal execution work.
• Assisting to monitor and synthesise portfolio company performance and get involved in recommendations to enhance investor returns.

We are considering investment banking candidates with infrastructure and/or renewables focus, or candidates with end to end transaction experience (with experience building ground up infrastructure models) from infrastructure funds, infrastructure/renewable developers. We are focused on circa 2.5-6 years of experience for this hire.
