Our client is a prominent global equities fund focused on real assets. The fund invests global listed real estate and infrastructure (incl energy, digital) companies, based on deep fundamental analysis, on a long only basis, with low portfolio turnover. The team shares the universe via specialisation where each analyst covers a category within real estate or infrastructure globally. Each analyst will get to know their specialisation deeply. Part of this process includes attending global conferences in the US, UK, Europe and Asia where company meetings will be also conducted in these regions.

Reporting to the Portfolio Managers:

• The Analyst role will work to build up their understanding of and ultimately have full responsibility (with assistance from the team) of around 30-35 companies (across US, Europe, Asia).
• The Analyst will maintain models of each company, and focus their attention more deeply on companies that are of particular interest to the investment team.
• Sector coverage for this Analyst will cover both real estate (initially retail) and listed infrastructure. The specific parts of infrastructure will be decided down the track, and will likely change over time.
• Participate in investment meetings to assess your and your colleague's invesment ideas.

We are looking for candidates with around 2-5 years of bottom up fundamental valuation work of listed companies. The candidate's existing sector exposure does not have to be real estate or infrastructure. A CFA would be highly regarded but not necessary.
