• Part time - Admin/Marketing Assistant
• Day rate - $220-$250/day (depending on prior candidate experience)
• Ideally attending the office on Thursday - otherwise the other days are flexible.

Who we are:

Capital Executive Search is a boutique recruitment firm that has experienced exciting growth going from 2 to 5 employees since mid 2023. Based on this growth we require assistance from a keen administration assistant, to assist with office administration, marketing production and delivery and bank account reconciliation. This role may be done between 2-4 days and will likely suit a university student looking for office experience.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile bank accounts and approve expenses - 10%
• Update candidate and client databases - 30%
• Organise client/candidate meetings - 5%
• Assist in corporate event setup and execution - 5%
• Support marketing content delivery and distribution - 20%
• Other tasks - 30%

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
