Job Description
Location: Metropolitan Blvd
Area/Department: Urgent Care
F/T or P/T status: Part-time
Schedule/Hours: Two 12-hour rotating shifts per week, including some weekends and holidays.
Job Summary:
Formulates and implements plan of care for patients telephoning or visiting Urgent Care. Provides Urgent Care nursing services for CHP members.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must obtain a Multi-state Nursing License within 3 months of hire or appointment.
Basic Life Support Certification. Must occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Ability to learn and use Windows-based software system to document care of members.
