Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Dispatcher/Customer Service Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Analyze customer issues and provide timely resolutions or escalate as needed.
- Handle incoming sales calls as well as walk in customers
- Manage the dispatch board daily
- Experience with Service Titan field service software is a plus.
- Proficient in using phone systems to manage high call volumes effectively.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure seamless customer service operations.

- Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

- Knowledge of dispatching processes is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
