Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record of sales success. As a Commercial Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, assessing client needs, and providing customized insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients.
• Assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored coverage solutions.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals to clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters and clients.
• Manage the renewal process for existing clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Agent or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• State insurance license required.
