General Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day oversight of multiple operational processes required to manage tracking and governance of sharing data with external third parties

• Serve as primary point of contact for business divisions seeking guidance on external data sharing requirements, processes and our internal system of record(s)

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement them through collaboration with Product Management, Technology, Business Risk Offices, and business division teams

• Collect, analyze and measure process data to compile reports to senior leadership and executives; review data for process trends and gaps that may require additional review

• Maintain formal process documents (e.g. procedures and diagrams), and document processes and project oversight materials (creating project reports, presentations, business cases, and diagrams)

• Perform quality assurance checks on actions taken to ensure accuracy

• Create and manage process communications targeting and tailored for various audience levels, including executive level communications
