Reporting to the VP, CMO, the Director of Clinical Operations provides clinical operational oversight to analyze and evaluate systems, processes/procedures, standards, and to identify opportunities for performance improvement and evidence-based decision making. He/she works with clinical leaders and clinicians to formulate approaches to and assess/monitor departmental performance; plan for future growth, design effective alternatives to operational problems, and evaluate the financial impact of such changes.
