Support Specialist Job Description
A technology company is looking for a Support Specialist to provide technical support for a large organization. The role will involve troubleshooting laptop (Windows & Mac) and mobile device issues as well as password resets.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver technical support via remote access tools to resolve internal end user issues
- Interact with end users to resolve software and hardware issues
- Utilize Service Now for ticket tracking and escalation
- Assist in training new Agents and performing other tasks as assigned
Requirements :
- High School Diploma / GED
- At least 1 year of remote help desk support experience
Preferred Qualifications :
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
- ITIL Certification
- Mac Integration Basics Certificate or 1 year of Mac support experience
- Windows 10 Certificate or 1 year of Windows OS support experience
- At least 2 years of remote help desk support experience
