Role Description

This is an on-site contract role located in Houston, TX for an Installation Technician. The Installation Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, cabling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will involve providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Schedule

• Hours may vary from 40-50 hours per week depending on the needs of the project.
• Schedule may consist of 5 8-hour shifts (Monday through Friday), or 4 10-hour shifts (front half and/or back half).
• For any hours worked beyond 40, overtime pay of time and a half will be paid.
• Night shift work will come with a $1 differential pay increase.

Qualifications

• MHE installation, troubleshooting, and cabling skills are a huge plus.
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in the Commercial, Industrial, or Real Estate industries is a plus
• MHE technical certification or relevant experience
• Bilingual preferred
