Our real estate client based in Falls Church, VA is recruiting a VP of Finance to join their senior leadership team. This highly visible, hands-on/strategic role will interact regularly with the C-Suite and Stakeholders. This role will facilitate succession planning with long-term path to CFO. Responsibilities include oversight of controllers group, strategic planning, portfolio analytics/projections, cash management and banking relations. Ideal profile includes 15 years of commercial real estate industry, development and/or construction.
