Cook Responsibilities include :

Follow established corporate recipes or those identified by the Dining Services DirectorFollow all ServSafe, governmental and corporate regulations for food safety and handlingMaintain a clean and safe work environmentAdjusts food menu to accommodate residents with allergies or specific diet restrictionsEnsure proper cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areasWeigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.

Steam, grill, boil, bake or fry ingredients.Check food and ingredients for freshness.Arrange and garnish plated foodWork well under pressure and within the time limit.
