Seeks continual improvement in Health, Safety, Security & protection of the Environment, taking into account responsible care, process vulnerabilities, public, customer and employee inputs, knowledge and technology and best business practices to exceed customer expectations
OPERATIONS
Subject Matter Expert to Employee Onboarding enquiries under the direction and support of the Snr HR Manager – Knowledge & Onboarding
Pre-Employment screening verifications
Administrative support to the Drug & Alcohol testing program
Oracle HCM Onboarding system administration support with new user training and development of training tools
Analysis of Onboarding Survey results
Administrative support on a variety of Talent Acquisition projects including but not limited to:
Executive Onboarding Program
Day 2 and beyond Employee Onboarding Experience
Update of Onboarding Computer-Based Training
QUALITY
Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford's Management System
Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement
COMMUNICATION
Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external Stakeholder engagement and management to develop and sustain productive client and stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organization

REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field OR 5 years of HR or Administrative experience in a onboarding or generalist position
PREFFERED
Previous Oracle HCM system experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
REQUIRED
Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, e-mail or in person.
Excellent experience in organizing, planning and prioritizing work.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient skills with Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other standard Microsoft Office software
Flexile with work assignment scope and a team player
Experience in analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
