Job Title: Radiology Service Desk Coordinator
Location: Harlem, NY 10037
Schedules:
- 11:30 PM – 7:00 AM with Wednesday/Thursday off
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with Wednesday/Thursday off
- Weekends Mandatory
Pay Range: $25/hr
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Radiology Service Desk Coordinator to join our team in Harlem, NY. This role is crucial in ensuring timely support and superior customer service for radiology services. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hospital environment, be familiar with various radiology information systems, and thrive in a high-pressure setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to support tickets and provide detailed notes of all activities and interactions in the system.
- Deliver superior customer service and effectively communicate with key organizational stakeholders.
- Manage a high-pressure environment and adhere to SLA escalation procedures for resolution.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Required Experience:
- Working in a hospital and/or with radiologists.
- Service desk environment experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Imaging Information Systems (IIS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Picture Archive and Communication Systems (PACS), EPIC, E-Clinical, Athena, or similar systems.
- Must be able to document and type at least 40 words per minute.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
