POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Project Manager – Policy Focus (1)
- Establishing manual of policies, building out internal controls group
- Leading steering committees, putting together presentations.
Project Manager – Business Processes (1)
- Analyze WQ and data to identify areas of opportunity/improvement
- Map out current state
- Work with operations and IT to design future state
- Document future state
- Thought partner for both operations and IT
- Review testing results
- Participate in the intake process
- Ensure tickets have required information at appropriate
- Review status of revenue cycle tickets
- Stay up to date with Epic feature and roadmap
Denials Data Analyst (2)
- root cause, data mapping
- Epic HB/PB Resolute experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Required Education: Bachelor's degree
- Required Experience: Direct Revenue Cycle Operational Experience at a Hospital
- EPIC Experience – Other EHRs (E-Clinical Works, NextGen) will not be considered.
- EPIC Certification – Anything certification related to RevCycle. Certification can be expired.
PREFERENCES
- Preferred Education: Master's Degree
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience with project management and business process improvement
- Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
- Certified Manager of Quality (CQM)
- Project Management Certification (PMP)
