The CREC Academy of Science and Innovation seeks to hire an Associate Instructor to work as a core member of the school’s Restorative Team. The Associate Instructor will be responsible for providing academic support, behavioral redirection, general collaboration with the classroom teachers to support the needs of the students, and other duties as assigned. Associate Instructors collect, track, and enter student data into district portal, are trained in restorative practices, and provide student conflict resolution as needed.

The Associate Instructor position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in education or related field, the ability collaboratively work with others, and proven effective communication skills. Previous experience working with middle and high school aged recommended.
