Capleo Global is Hiring a Back Office Assistant Near Laguna Hills, CA
Greets and assists patients, answers phones, schedules appointments, and escorts patients to room.
Collects and records patient vital signs (BP, TPR,height and weight), and promptly reports and unusual observations or changes in patient condition.
Assists physician with examination and procedures within the scope of their job.
Provides patients with information as directed.
Cleans exam room and instruments and maintains and organizes supplies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
SkillsBasic keyboarding skills at 35 WPM
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Offi ce Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
RequiredHigh school graduate or equivalent
Graduate of Medical Assistant program or equivalent work experience
Minimum one (1) year previous medical back-office experience, preferably within an acute healthcare system environment
PreferredAssociate or bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field
Certifications RequiredBLS certification
