- 12 hour days/Monday, Wednesday, Friday/36 hours guaranteed
- 2 years of dialysis experience - REQUIRED
- Experience with Fresenius 2008T machines - REQUIRED
- Active LPN license
- BLS (AHA)

Pay: $35.76 - $41.59 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
