Shift: day shift 6 am (40hrs/week)
Schedule Details: Full Time: Friday-Monday
Weekend Rotation: only weekends
On-call Requirements: No
Holidays Requirements: As scheduled
Floating Requirements: Must float to similar units
Experience Required: 12 months experience in the last 18 months, PCC charting
License Required: IL State License
Certificates Required for submission: Current CPR, License verification
Client-Specific Details: Wound Care experience

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a geriatric setting, including catheterization, wound care, and tube feeding.
- Conduct patient assessments and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Utilize EMR and EHR systems to accurately document patient information.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care to elderly patients.
- Stay updated on best practices in geriatric nursing and continuously improve patient outcomes.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $34.82 - $37.49 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
