Job Title : Community Representative (Sales)

Location : Phoenix, AZ 85034

Pay : $22 / -Hour

Duration : 3-6 months possible full time permanent

Shift : General morning shift (Manager will disclose)

Associates would drive to a meeting point and then the Sales team would drive them to a housing development building community etc.

Detailed Description :

The Community Representative is responsible for generating organic sale leads through canvassing and other community connecting efforts.

The Community Representative’s duties include, among others, participating in community planning, making connections with prospective customers through door-to-door contacting, scheduling initial consultation appointments with prospective customers and setting calendar schedules with the company contact center.

The role will effectively collaborate with the Canvassing Manager as well as marketing and sales teams to optimize the value proposition and margin performance of the organization.

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities :

  • Gain proficiency in usage and delivery of sales scripts and statements as prepared and provided by company’s marketing & sales leadership
  • Go door-to-door to introduce the company’s product offering and current promotions to potential and existing customers and set appointments through the contact center
  • Gain thorough knowledge of the product and services being offered to entice potential customers into scheduling an appointment
  • Obtain and securely manage all homeowner information needed for the scheduling of a first appointment including contact information, information about the home, targeted spend, etc.
  • Confidently answer questions and resolve concerns to meet objectives
  • Recruit, train, onboard and mentor new Community Representatives
  • Seek to build culture among the Community Representatives team that adds to the work experience of the group and builds unity and cohesion of group goals
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Candidate should be able to perform essential duties of the role, which require spending a majority of the time walking door to door in targeted communities for up to 8 hours a day.
  • May be a need to stoop regularly or move / lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
  • Role will necessitate up to 50% travel to markets.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong phone presence and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
