CAPP is Hiring a Marketing Lead Near Clifton, PA

CAPP is a leading supplier and distributor of Process Instrumentation, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical products, serving customers since the 1950’s. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking to add a strong Marketing Lead to our team. This is an exciting role that will allow the right candidate to make a significant impact on our organization’s growth, being responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms including digital, print, and social media, primarily focusing on new business generation.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Work with the team to design and produce promotional materials such as line cards, postcards, branded merchandise, and online content.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics; develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings and performance.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
  • Content creation; write/create compelling and high-quality content to be used across all platforms, including web, blog posts and page descriptions.
  • Efficiently communicate with business development and sales team(s)
  • Work in conjunction with technology (IT) team to reach desired e-commerce and data outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
  • Brainstorm and implement new and innovative ideas to improve marketing campaign performance.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term sales and marketing plans that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and customer experience across all campaigns.
  • Build, manage, and nurture customer relationships. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and develop new business relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably experience directly in industrial/commercial sales or similar fields.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Solid understanding of APIs and experience integrating with various advertising platforms (Google Ads / Merchant Center, etc.).
  • Programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development concepts.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
  • Experience working with an industrial and/or commercial parts supplier or related industry.
