Hours - Monday-Friday/ every other weekend. 11 a.m.- 7 p.m.

Capstone Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing has an opening for an energetic and passionate individual who is willing to work full-time on our memory care unit.
Behavior support staff duties inlude:
•Supervise residents in common areas
•Ensure residents have snacks and drinks per diet and document intakes
•Excellent customer service with on-going measured customer satisfaction
•Keep residents entertained with activities
•Multi-tasking and teamwork with Licensed Nursing Staff, Rehabilitation staff and the Interdisciplinary Team
Behavior support staff requirements include:

• Excellent work ethic
• Multi-tasking
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Previous experience with residents with cognitive deficits preferred
