Capstone Center is seeking a Memory care support staff

Hours - Monday-Friday / every other weekend. 11 a.m.- 7 p.m.

Capstone Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing has an opening for an energetic and passionate individual who is willing to work full-time on our memory care unit.

Behavior support staff duties inlude :

• Supervise residents in common areas
• Ensure residents have snacks and drinks per diet and document intakes
• Excellent customer service with on-going measured customer satisfaction
• Keep residents entertained with activities
• Multi-tasking and teamwork with Licensed Nursing Staff, Rehabilitation staff and the Interdisciplinary Team

Behavior support staff requirements include :

• Excellent work ethic
• Multi-tasking
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Previous experience with residents with cognitive deficits preferred
