Job Description

Pay- $17 hr
Four days per week Fri-Mon, part time schedules
2am 11am start, 5.5 hour shift
JOB SUMMARY:
  • Safety is key at Capstone, so we perform inspections of the vehicle prior to and after operation
  • Associates will operate sprinter vans acting as a Yark Jockey/Yard Mashall for a major Grocery retailer
•Move vans from Yard to Fulfillment center,
•Clean inside and outside of vans,
•Assist Delivery drivers if vehicle were to go down while on a Route.
  • You will support and participate in Safety Team meetings to ensure open communication
  • Complete daily logs to ensure proper reporting and measurement of productivity
  • Communicate with other shifts to provide a seamless transition and maintain efficiency
  • Read work orders determine work assignments to identify appropriate equipment needs.
  • Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets
  • Ensure the yard is clean and organized
  • Trailers are safely spotted and remain damage free
  • Sit or stand for periods (concrete flooring and changing temperatures

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • A valid driver's license (CDL not required)
  • High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
  • Self-motivation with ability to work with limited supervision
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate changing operational needs
