We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Leasing Agent to join our team at Farm Haus; a brand new lease up located in San Antonio, Texas 78249.
Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Generating traffic for the property by working with local employers and locators, contacting current residents for referrals, complete market surveys, and shop other properties.
· Greeting, qualifying and closing prospects by taking phone calls from prospects, scheduling appointments, qualifying prospect on type, size, price and amenities available, show unit or model and tour the property, use closing techniques and follow up with a phone call.
· Keep current residents satisfied by taking phone calls from residents in regards to maintenance requests, call back residents for maintenance performed, perform after hours “on call” duties as required and help plan and direct social activities.
Minimum Qualifications
An ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
· Two years of Leasing experience in the Multifamily industry
· Solid sales and customer service skills
· Ability to work well in a team environment
· Active listening skills and willingness to learn
· Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
· Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Strong computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Knowledge of One-Site software
· Bilingual not required but a plus
