We are recruiting a Force Operations Product Owner who will support the Army's PEO Missiles and Space IFMC PM in Huntsville AL. Candidates will be presented to Government Customer for consideration.

- Work as a member of the Army Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office (PO).
- Responsible for the prioritization and validation of the development software for the Force Operations team.
- Review and understanding Systems Engineering concepts, designs, and algorithms and providing guidance to the development team.
- Work with Program management in setting priorities for the capabilities and defects for the team for each product increment and sprint.
- The position will include technical briefings and advisement to leadership on status and recommended courses of action, competing capabilities, performance, risks, and impacts to the IFMC mission.
- Provide periodic program reviews and technical presentations to Government stakeholders to include recommended courses of action, competing capabilities, performance, risks, and impacts to the IFMC mission.
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM from accredited college plus 7 years of related experience.
- Basic understanding of Force Operations (FO) concepts to include asset protection, development and analysis of courses of action (COA), operation plans and orders, and airspace control orders and measures.
- Ability to provide oversight to FO SW development team and verify the team's work based on agreed upon acceptance criteria.
- Ability to work directly with Agile software developers.
- Fluent in the Microsoft Office Toolset
- US Citizenship
- Secret Security Clearance or higher level
- Knowledge of IBCS, PATRIOT, MEADS, THAAD, C2BMC, or AEGIS
- Familiar with FO implementation in one or more of the DoD Services.
- Prior product owner experienced on a SCRUM team is a plus
