A Top 50 independent insurance broker with large scale operations in North Carolina has hiring needs on its client service teams in Raleigh and Charlotte. Here are a few important job specs as Commercial Insurance Account Manager :

• Behind the scenes, daily service management on middle market and larger accounts in diverse groups
  • Specifically for Raleigh the team’s areas of expertise are construction, real estate, and tech companies
  • In Charlotte the opening is with mid-sized moderately complex commercial accounts

A Little Bit About the Daily Duties You Can Expect:

• Support new and existing accounts (marketing, certificates, binders, billing, etc.)
• Process policy changes: endorsements, audits, and re-marketing
• Delegate to Tech Assistants (ordering MVRs, completing applications, requesting loss runs)
• Monitor account quote; bind coverage
• Answer daily service calls from insureds and insurance companies

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial insurance agency experience in customer service & account management
• Active state insurance license
• Broad P&C coverage background
• Prior experience with renewal marketing and negotiations as well as client engagement (review meetings and renewal presentations)
