Duties & ResponsibilitiesThere are three key components to your role:
- Be a risk advisor. Throughout the year, serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding daily policy management and account service issues.
- Strengthen relationships and retention. Review loss experience and current coverage with clients. Create and present renewal proposals, addressing their concerns and appropriate coverage.
- Introduce additional products and services. These are warm sales lead where you talk with current accounts about additional products and services they may want to consider adding to their current insurance portfolio.
- At least two (2) years of insurance agency client service experience with a strong understanding of commercial P&C coverages.
- State insurance license.
