Job DescriptionAbout the RoleOne of the country’s largest insurance conglomerates has an immediate hiring need due to growth for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager. Working for a Missouri based team, you’ll support an Account Executive on a generalist, middle market book of business comprised of accounts ranging from $150k-$1MM in premium across many different business sectors.

Experience with Applied Epic is preferred but proficiency with a similar agency management system can be transferred into learning the company’s technology and workflows.

- Prepare submissions and other information to assist the Account Executive with renewal marketing
- Quote policies and process changes online through insurance company websites
- Daily activity follow up and correspondence with clients, producers and insurance company underwriters
- Process auto ID cards, new & renewal policies, endorsements, cancellations, audits, claims, and loss runs
- Update applications, Acord forms, and supplemental applications
- At least three (3) years of commercial insurance client service experience, in particular working with multiple commercial insurance company rating platforms as well as a variety of account types
- Active state insurance license
