Compensation: $40k base pay plus gratuities. Compensation commensurate with experience and education. We envision three years minimum in customer service, preferably with management experience. College degree is attractive but not essential. Experience in the food industry is not essential. Professional capabilities are strong communications skills. To us, communicating in-person and in email is a critical essential daily task. Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence build relationships on the crew as well as our clients and customers.

Technology competency: Google Workspace applications such as Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, Meet, Docs and Sheets.

Work style is onsite. The Store Manager is present and supporting each member of the crew.

Pay is competitve. Store Manager starts at $40,000. Higher salary is commenserate with experience. GM experience at quick serve such as Starbucks, Chik Fil A is a good fit for this position.
