The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing our brand with professionalism. **Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products to meet their needs
- Utilize product knowledge to recommend and demonstrate items to customers
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system

- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in appliance, technology, or wireless sales
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to operate a POS system efficiently
