Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in inpatient care and possess a strong skill set in various medical procedures and patient management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate patient care delivery
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to clinical policies and procedures
- Perform advanced medical procedures such as IV insertion, suturing, and pain management
- Utilize electronic health record systems like Cerner and eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation
- Provide case management services to patients requiring ongoing care
- Administer Botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers as needed

Skills:
- Proficient in inpatient care practices
- Ability to lift and assist patients as necessary
- Skilled in IV insertion techniques
- Experience in pain management protocols
- Familiarity with Cerner and eClinicalWorks electronic health record systems
- Competence in performing sutures and administering Botulinum toxin treatment
- Strong case management abilities
