Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Quote and Proposal Production: Work closely with the sales team to help create and refine quotes and proposals for new and existing products or services.
• Order Management: Collect and enter orders for new or additional products and services, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Presentation Support: Help prepare customer and internal presentations, showcasing products and solutions effectively.
• Pricing and Profitability Analysis: Prepare and update pricing/profitability tools, collaborating with plant teams to identify similar products and pre-populate tools with current pricing and relevant extras.
• Price Adjustments: Calculate price adjustments for contract business, ensuring compliance with company policies and market conditions.
• Competitive Analysis: Capture and compile data on competitive activity and the outcomes of quotes and proposals, providing valuable insights for strategic decisions.
• Price Change Management: Enter price changes into the system for account manager approval, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Document Production: Assist in the creation of quotes, proposals, and specification sheets to support the sales team.
• Account Management Support: Provide assistance to account managers with various tasks, such as submitting prices and tracking orders, especially when they are traveling without computer access.
• General Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team and overall business objectives.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 0-4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in sales support or a similar role.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Data Entry: Possess basic data entry skills with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Communication: Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication and active listening skills.
• Multitasking: Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Organization: Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any other relevant software, with the ability to quickly learn new tools as needed.
