Position: Activities Secretary
Starting pay: $$19.40-$24.40 dependent on education and experience.

Reports To: Athletic Director

Qualifications: High Diploma or Equivelant

1. Knowledge of PC computers, software, word processor, and data base entry
2. Proficient in use of office equipment such as copy machines, fax, telephone system, printers, computer, etc.
3. Ability to work with people of various personality types.
4. Ability to communicate clearly and positively throughout the day.
5. Ability to learn new computer skills.
6. Knowledge of filing, record keeping, bookkeeping and correspondence.
7. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
8. Successfully pass District Blood Borne Pathogens and Sexual Harassment tests.
9. Knowledge of Power School and district bookkeeping software.
10. Ability to make decisions on procedures or when confronted with situation which require them.

Job Summary: To record, track, and maintain accurate activities records, maintain accurat bookkeeping services for activities, update website and outdoor school sign on a daily basis to keep information and calendar current, and any other duties assigned by the Athletic/Activities Director.
